- Add shredded jackfruit and yellow food coloring to the second part. Mix well.
- Leave the third part plain (white).

- Pour the purple mixture into the greased pan. Steam for 12-16 minutes, or until set.
- Add the white mixture on top of the purple layer. Steam for another 12-16 minutes.
- Finally, pour the yellow mixture on top. Steam for 15-20 minutes, or until fully set.
